The principals of Crescent Growth Capital possess, in combination, over a century of banking and historic preservation consulting experience encompassing HPCA and National Register work, corporate and public finance, investment banking, real estate, credit analysis and loan underwriting. Since the firm’s founding in 2008, Crescent has successfully closed some $2.25 billion in tax credit financings involving NMTCs and HTCs, often undertaking historic preservation consulting work alongside.
