Prior to joining Crescent Growth Capital, Cameron Garner was a Commercial Relationship Manager with Iberia Bank’s New Orleans Commercial Banking Group. From 2011 to 2013, Mr. Garner financed a variety of projects on behalf of for-profit and non-profit commercial customers, leveraging various federal and state incentives such as New Markets, Historic Rehabilitation, and Renewable Energy Tax Credits, as well as tax-exempt bonds and Community Development Block Grants. From 2010 to 2011, Mr. Garner was a Commercial Underwriter with Iberia Bank, preparing the credit analysis for loan requests related to a dozen NMTC, HTC, LIHTC and tax-exempt bond-financed projects in two states.
From 2005 to 2010, Mr. Garner was a Senior Development Analyst for Wood Partners, a national multifamily housing developer, in his hometown of Washington, D.C. Mr. Garner handled all facets of commercial development, from site selection, underwriting, financial modeling and analysis, to construction oversight and property management, to disposition analysis for more than $250 million in commercial rental and for-sale projects.
Cameron received his B.A. in Economics from Washington & Lee University in 2005.
